The year-long Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival began with the submission of short films, and will end with one filmmaker winning a million-dollar feature film production and distribution deal from Chrysler, Hypnotic and Universal Pictures. The 2003 competition will travel to Park City, New York, Los Angeles and Toronto. Along the way, flimmakers will advance through a series of competitions and exhibitions to determine the winner and launch a career in Hollywood.
