technology

Stay Connected.

The Uconnect Touch™ system is Detroit know-how and intuitive technology on display. This 8.4-inch interactive touchscreen display allows you to access your cell phone, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, MP3 player, HVAC and more. It's luxury at the touch of a finger. And it comes standard.

  • Phone

PHONE. Talking on the phone while driving has never been easier — or more responsible. Uconnect® Phone is the in-vehicle, voice-activated communication system that allows you to pair up to seven Bluetooth®-compatible phones and then talk virtually handsfree. This system is also clever enough to synchronize with your phone's address book — up to 1,000 entries — every time you get into your vehicle.

  • Voice

VOICE COMMAND. It simplifies driving by letting you keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. Vocally select AM/FM radio stations, SiriusXM® Satellite Radio channels, and make and receive calls. This smart system technology can also be trained to better recognize your voice and can understand commands in English, French and Spanish.

  • Web

WEB+. Put the power of high-speed Internet in your vehicle with Uconnect Web. Effortlessly connect any WiFi-enabled device to the Internet at 3G broadband speeds, making your vehicle a mobile Hotspot. Passengers can use multiple devices at the same time. There's no need for cell cards or software with this Authentic Chrysler Accessory by Mopar. It's all wireless. Subscription required. Sold separately.

  • Entertainment

ENTERTAINMENT. Manage all of your media. You'll have five ways to access audio, including SiriusXM Satellite Radio (your first year of service is included), iPod® Control with Voice Command, auxiliary jack, SD card slot, Bluetooth streaming audio, and can be accessed through DVDs, compatible multimedia devices, and gaming consoles.

The Detroit Sound. Remastered.

Detroit knows music. And we know how music should sound. That's why we're offering the optional Harman Kardon® Logic 7 Surround System in the Chrysler 300 Limited, 300C and 300 SRT8®. Along with high-performance GreenEdge® technology, the system includes 19 high-performance speakers in 12 locations, pumping out twice the acoustic power output for exceptional sound quality. All while the 32-volt Tracking Power Supply (TPS) 12-channel Class D amplifier delivers improved acoustic transparency and dynamic response. In other words, it's an audio system built for those who love music as much as this city does.

Ultimate Performance. Ultimate Control.

The raw power of the SRT8 is matched by the precision control of the SRT-exclusive steering wheel. It's leather-wrapped, resulting in a thicker rim section providing enhanced performance, feel and grip. The flattened bottom shows off the SRT logo, while the paddle shift controls flank both sides of the contoured palm rests. In addition, all audio and Electronic Vehicle Information Center controls are accessible on the spokes of the steering wheel. So, you can experience world-class 300 SRT8 power in the best way possible: hands on.

safety

Technology that Knows When to Slow Things Down.

The available Adaptive Cruise Control system+ uses a radar sensor mounted at the front of the 300 to detect objects in its path. If the lane ahead is clear, the cruise control speed you set will maintain. When slower traffic is detected, the system automatically adjusts your speed to allow a safe distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. In addition, the Forward Collision Warning provides an audible warning if the driver is approaching an object too fast, helping the driver determine what action must be taken to prevent a potential collision.

Backup For When You Back Up.

Available in the Chrysler 300 Limited, 300C, 300 S and 300 SRT8®, the ParkSense® Rear Park Assist System+ offers front and rear park assist sensors which detect the presence of objects up to 3.9 feet from the front of the vehicle and 6.5 feet from the rear. Then, the system gives you an audible and visual warning in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC). So whether you're in drive or reverse, the Chrysler 300 helps you advance, safely.

Motor City Technology with Street Smarts.

Available in the Chrysler 300 Limited, 300 C, 300 S and 300 SRT8®, Blind Spot Monitoring+ technology uses radar sensors to help the driver when changing lanes or when being passed by an unseen vehicle. The system lets the driver know of a vehicle in their blind spot via illuminated icons on the side-view mirror and a programmable audible warning.

Safety Comes First, Every Time.

Advanced multistage front airbags+, supplemental front-seat thorax side airbags+, a driver-knee airbag+ and supplemental side-curtain airbags+ for front and rear outboard occupants are all standard.

Engineered to Have Your Back, Neck and Head.

This latest technology enables the front active head restraints+ to automatically move forward and upward in the event of a rear-end collision to decrease the space between the head restraint and the occupant's head, helping to provide added protection.
