Ask Chrysler Terms of Use
NOTICE OF MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER: This Agreement incorporates the FCA Website Terms of Use located at https://www.chrysler.com/crossbrand_us/terms-of-use (as it may be updated or moved by us to another location on our website), which we call the “Website Terms.” Section 14 of the Website Terms contains a dispute resolution and arbitration provision, including a class action waiver, which affects your rights under the Terms and with respect to disputes you may have with FCA US LLC. You may opt out of binding individual arbitration and the class action waiver as provided in Section 14 (Disputes; Binding Arbitration; Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver) of the Website Terms.
In addition to the Website Terms, these Ask Chrysler Terms of Use (“Ask Chrysler Terms”) govern our relationship with you as a user of the Ask Chrysler service (the “Service”). Please read the Website Terms and Ask Chrysler Terms carefully because together they form a legally binding contract between you and FCA US LLC (“FCA US,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All references in the Website Terms and these Ask Chrysler Terms to the “Agreement” or the “Terms” mean the Website Terms and these Ask Chrysler Terms, collectively. If these Ask Chrysler Terms conflict with the Website Terms, these Ask Chrysler Terms will govern.
You accept the Agreement, including the Website Terms and these Ask Chrysler Terms, by using the Service. If you do not agree with the Agreement, then do not use the Service.
The Service is a Site feature that uses Generative AI to answer frequent questions about our products and services. Generative AI is a developing technology that can make mistakes. You should not use answers or other output from the Service (collectively, “Output”) to make important choices. The Service is meant to help you find information, but it does not replace official FCA US materials. If there is a difference between Output and official FCA US materials, the official FCA US materials will apply. You should not rely on the Service for professional advice or time-sensitive information.
You may not include any personal or sensitive data in the information, requests, or prompts that you enter into the Service (collectively, “Input”).

You agree to fact-check and review all Output, including by reviewing any of the sources referred to in the Output. Output may not be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the Service and Output “AS-IS” and without warranties of any kind. We and our service providers, licensors, and suppliers hereby disclaim all express and implied warranties concerning or relating to the Service or any Output, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. The Service and Output may contain bugs, errors, defects, and/or harmful components.

You shall not include personal data in any Input to the Service. We collect Input, Output, and usage analytics from the Service.
